How do I get the best price for a room?

For the best room prices please speak to a member of our reception team on 0151 665 0303


What time can we check in from?

Check in time is from 3pm. Depending on availability, early check in can be arranged for an extra free


What time do we need to check out by?

Check out time is 11am


Is breakfast available?

Breakfast is served from 6:30am-10:30am Monday-Friday and 7am-11am during the weekend

Breakfast can be purchased upon check-in from reception, otherwise please just pay in the restaurant in the morning

What times do you served food to and from?

Our kitchen is open from 12noon each day and closes at 9pm

The same menu is available in the restaurant and the bar and lounge

Housekeeping

Housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay, but if you require a refresh for your room, please let reception know by 12noon each day


Is car parking available?

Car parking is free, but we ask you to let us know your car registration upon check-in for security reasons

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any cars parked in our car park


Do you have a lift?

We do have a lift which allows access to the majority of our hotel rooms

Please specify when making your booking if you require lift access


Do you allow dogs?

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in our rooms, with the exception of guide dogs and assistant dogs


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are allowed before midnight two days of your arrival of arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount for the room. Bookings made on the day of your arrival are deemed as Non-refundable

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge at any time. Subject to rates and availability bookings can be moved forward on one occasion once approved by a member of our team.
