Excellent stay
If you’re looking for a break around the Chester area you can’t go wrong. What a good price even on a Saturday nightrestaurantgood selection of food and a bar with everything. Really enjoyed it
Lovely hotel
The hotel overall was great staff and food were all brilliant only down side was the lack of heating in the rooms, they were freezing and had to go to reception and 1am for a portable heater as the room was that cold, they did apologies and said they are having issues with the heating system
Good food and wonderful cocktails
Rocky start as heating wasn't working in our room, it was December and the room was freezing. I did actually consider booking somewhere else and leaving but glad we didn't as we had a lovely time. The staff were great and the food and cocktails were really good to.
