Cancellations are allowed before midnight two days of your arrival of arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount for the room. Bookings made on the day of your arrival are deemed as Non-refundable.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge at any time. Subject to rates and availability bookings can be moved forward on one occasion once approved by a member of our team.

Deposits
A £40 deposit is required for cash payments, refundable upon departure.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment may be required upon check-in or check-out.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Charges are £5.00 per hour from 11am for check in and up to 1pm for check out. Speak with a member of the team on the day of your request.
